Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Vintage items are sold as-is and must be returned in the same condition as received.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our contact page and we'll make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without giving any reason. Please contact us to exercise this right.
